- How do credits work?
- Each page of your bank statement PDF consumes 1 credit. A 10-page statement will use 10 credits at ₹0.25 per page. Credits never expire.
- What's the difference between Free and Pro?
- Free plan gives you 25 credits and all export formats but no direct Tally connectivity. Pro plan includes 250 monthly credits, full Tally integration, and priority support.
- How do credit topup bonuses work?
- We offer bonus credits on topups: 5% on ₹1000, 10% on ₹2000, and 30% on ₹3000. The bonus credits are added automatically to your account.
- Which banks are supported?
- We currently support Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and SBI. More banks are being added regularly.
- Can I edit the extracted data?
- Yes! You can review, edit, add, or delete transactions before exporting. This ensures 100% accuracy for your Tally import.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption, secure storage, and maintain complete audit trails. Your data is never shared with third parties.
